What isues do you think he raises? What issues did you like or dislike about what he says? What did you think about the language he uses and what questions did this reading raise for you?

Haki: life of a graffiti artist

In the story Da word by Lee A. Tonouchi Haki is known as a vandalist because of what he is (graffiti artist). His parents wanted him to go to school and do something with his life but he never went to school. Also, after he went to disappointing job interviews always her mom used to say to do not throw way his life. He wanted to open his own airbrush stand in Waikiki painting portrait to the tourist but that was too commercial. He started his drawing in 8 grade, he finds out was an easy way to get money.
